Orders Within the United States - Shipping & Handling:
Handling time is usually 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS (Does not include Sundays or holidays). If there is any delay with shipping your item, we will message you.
All of our shipping methods include a tracking number. We usually use USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping, but we will sometimes use FedEx Express 2-3 day shipping. Please view the tracking number to know which service will be delivering your order.
Please note that we do not ship items on Sunday, holidays, or during post office closures. After your order is obtained by the post office, The Fashion Café is NOT LIABLE for any unfortunate events, delays, or damages that occur during shipping. It happens sometimes, and we have NO CONTROL over what happens to your package when it is in transit.
You are responsible for all fees including taxes that might be charged by the post office when the item reaches you – we only pay the cost to ship the item to you.
We ship worldwide using USPS Priority International, which takes 6-10 business days plus the 1-3 business days handling time. (We will not change the shipping method). The Fashion Café is NOT LIABLE for what happens to your order when it reaches your country’s customs facility and you are responsible for ALL customs charges. *PLEASE BE AWARE THAT BECAUSE OF COVID-19, WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO SOME COUNTRIES AT THIS TIME, PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO PURCHASING IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL BUYER SO WE CAN CHECK TO SEE IF WE SHIP TO YOUR COUNTRY. Please understand this prior to purchasing from The Fashion Café if you are outside of the United States.
The Fashion Café reserves the right to cancel any order. If your item is damaged prior to shipping, or if there is any issue with the listing, we will send you a message with an explanation and issue you a full refund via Paypal (It should be an instant refund). If you have not paid for the item after 2 days, we will cancel your order, but you do have the option to message us in advance if you know your payment will be late and you still plan on paying for the order. Also, we usually ship items out quickly, so please do not purchase an item and cancel it a day later because chances are your item is already shipped out and we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. So only purchase items if you are a serious buyer.
